Black Tea Blend Kombucha * Orange Blossom
This kombucha is based on a fine blend of Darjeeling and China teas that is then perfumed with the delicate aroma of orange blossom to produce a subtle, floral flavour.
It’s golden-colored, voluminous and rich, very aromatic and the taste is luminous with an orange-blossom or lemon-meringue-pie quality.
It pairs beautifully with chicken and fish accompanied with creamy, buttery sauces from bechamel to mayonnaise to hollandaise. Gratins, seafood risotto, shellfish, and it also suits the richness of vegetables such as mushrooms, pumpkins, squash and sweet potato.
