Black Tea Blend Kombucha * Rose Petals
This kombucha is based on a blend of selected black Congou China teas enriched with rose petals.
It’s relatively clear in the glass, is off-dry, having an almost dry flavor, with just a trace of sweetness, resembling the flavors of lychee, green apples and strawberries with a soft scent.
The heady fragrance is extremely good with oriental food, ginger, coconut milk, galangal, cardamom and lemongrass and indeed chili. The rose and lychee flavours make great accompaniment to deserts such as a slice of lemon tart.
