Lapsang Souchong * Chili & Sandalwood
This kombucha is made with the very characteristic smoky flavoured Chinese black tea Lapsang Souchong and cane sugar. We have introduced both chili and sandalwood, giving it an almost whiskey-like flavour and aroma.
It’s unfiltered and appears amber in the glass. It has indeed an acquired taste of smoke, wood, tobacco, earth and ripe fruits with a spicy aftertaste from the chili.
Primarily this Chamucha is enjoyed as a non-alcoholic alternative when a whiskey is served. It also goes well with robust dishes and for instance smoked salmon.
