  • This kombucha is made with the very characteristic smoky flavoured Chinese black tea Lapsang Souchong and cane sugar. We have introduced both chili and sandalwood, giving it an almost whiskey-like flavour and aroma.


    It’s unfiltered and appears amber in the glass. It has indeed an acquired taste of smoke, wood, tobacco, earth and ripe fruits with a spicy aftertaste from the chili.


    Food pairing

    Primarily this Chamucha is enjoyed as a non-alcoholic alternative when a whiskey is served. It also goes well with robust dishes and for instance smoked salmon.
