Rose & Ceylon Kombucha * Lavender & Plum
This kombucha is made with the finest Ceylon tea, roses from Switzerland and cane sugar. Into each lovingly handcrafted bottle, we add lavender and plums from local Swiss mountains.
It's unfiltered and appears honey coloured in the glass. Tart, fatty with a spicy aftertaste of rose and honey.
For Indian and other exotic spicy dishes, tapas and salads as well as light meats.
